Information you send us
If you use the consultation form we receive your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, the type of legal matter you select and the message you write. If you contact us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp we receive whatever you choose to send. Please do not include sensitive documents or identity-document numbers in the form; this website does not accept document uploads.
How the consultation form works
When you submit the form, your details (and any file you attach) are sent to this website's own server, which emails them to the firm's mailbox at AHS Legal & Co. The website does not keep a database of submissions. Copies of your enquiry exist in the firm's email system and in the email providers involved in delivering the message, which handle data under their own terms. Technical information that browsers send with any request (such as your IP address) may be processed by the hosting provider. A successful submission means your request was delivered to the firm — it is not a confirmed booking, appointment or advocate-client relationship.
How we use your information
We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation where appropriate. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising or marketing.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets three small functional cookies: ahs-theme (your light/dark choice), ahs-lang (your English/Urdu choice) and ahs-visited (so the opening sequence is not replayed). They are kept for up to one year and contain no personal information. The consultation form also stores a few timestamps in your browser's local storage (ahs-form-hits) to limit repeated submissions; they stay on your device. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or scripts, so no cookie-consent banner is shown. Fonts are served by this website itself.
Other third parties
The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. Google Maps and WhatsApp are contacted only if you click those links.
